Transactions and Agreements: Any agreements or transactions related to the rental or sale of properties listed on Apartments365.ca are solely between the property owner, property manager, or their authorized agents and the prospective tenant or buyer. We are not a party to any such agreements or transactions and do not assume any responsibility or liability in connection with them.
c. User Conduct: Users are expected to engage in respectful and lawful behavior when communicating with property owners, property managers, or other users on Apartments365.ca. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
